I-CLC Organizes English Day at Phu Tho Hoa Primary School<\/p>\n

On the morning of May 17, 2024, the Intercontinental Language Center (I-CLC) in collaboration with Phu Tho Hoa Primary School (Binh Tan, Ho Chi Minh City) organized an English Day for 300 preschool children visiting the school. The event included a series of fun activities and also provided an opportunity for the children to start learning English early.<\/p>\n

School administrators and I-CLC welcome preschool students<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Jumping: This game combines physical activity with listening skills practice in English for students. In this game, students will overcome challenges by jumping over obstacles and searching for vocabulary words based on provided images. The vocabulary includes topics such as colors, numbers, fruits, etc., creating a positive and fun learning environment.<\/p>\n

Students excitedly participate in the station<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Make a card: At this station, students will use coloring tools to complete the picture provided by the center and read vocabulary about the animals in the picture. This activity helps increase their creativity, concentration, and color recognition, as well as making it easier for them to remember vocabulary when learning English.<\/p>\n

I challenge you: This game uses flashcards with pictures on various topics. The children will read or form simple sentences related to the vocabulary. This encourages students to engage in conversation and express their ideas clearly and accurately.<\/p>\n

Hidden box: This is an interactive game for students, where objects are hidden in small boxes, and students explore and answer the names of objects in English. Through visually and vividly represented objects, students enhance their language skills and gain confidence in using English.<\/p>\n

The English Day event organized by Phu Tho Hoa Primary School and the Intercontinental Language Center (I-CLC) not only offered engaging activities but also helped children gain confidence in communicating in English. It was also an opportunity for them to get acquainted with a new learning environment.
