- Registration Policy
- Registration Eligibility: All students aged 18 and above can register for courses on the website i-clc.edu.vn; for students under 18 years old, parents or guardians are kindly requested to register on their behalf.
- When registering for a course, the registrant - student is deemed to have carefully read and understood the regulations, policies regarding registration, and provision of information; and agrees to abide by these regulations and policies.
- Registrants are kindly requested to thoroughly check the registration information, carefully read the regulations of the i-clc.edu.vn website before proceeding with payment;
In case the registrant wishes to request a refund, i-clc.edu.vn will proceed with the refund according to the refund policy.
- Refund and Fee Retention Policy
For any reason that a student is unable to continue participating in our courses, we will consider and refund/retain the course fees for you:
2.1. Refund Policy
- Before the first 30 days of the course, you will be refunded 90% of the course fee (please present your ID card or personal identification document with your photo attached)..
- Before the first 15 days of the course, you will be refunded 50% of the course fee (please present your ID card or personal identification document with your photo attached)..
- Before the first 05 days of the course, you will be refunded 25% of the course fee (please present your ID card or personal identification document with your photo attached)..
- After 05 days before the first day of the course, you will not be refunded the course fee

2.2. Fee Retention
- Currently, i-clc.edu.vn does not have a fee retention policy.
- However, in special cases requiring assistance, students can contact the Advisory Department to receive a support request form:

- Usage Policy
3.1. We provide all content of the courses, discount policies, or other related content of the courses on the i-clc.edu.vn website.
3.2. You are not allowed to copy content from i-clc.edu.vn to a third-party system without our consent.
